We have gathered a number of Fashion Detox Tips from previous Detoxers as a way of helping the transition post-detox. However, we only release these tips after 10 weeks because we have found that personal reflection is key to the effectiveness of the detox experience. Noticing and then reflecting on individual challenges is a powerful tool for change. So, we invite you to pay attention, to thoughts, feelings, situations, context and, bit by bit, to create real-life tips for you to live by in your own, unique life. And then at the end of ten weeks, you can review other people's tips - but you may well find that you have already created some of them yourself. :-)
